Mr. Georgios Kalamotousakis, University Professor and Author, serves as President and Board Member of the Christian Educational Foundation in memory of Efthymios and Konstantina Zolotas.

Dr. Kalamotousakis has held positions as Professor of Finance and International Transactions at New York University, Graduate School of Business Administration, New York, USA, as well as Economic Advisor to IBM Corp. and American Standard Inc. (1969–1977), Director of the Financial Studies Department at the Bank of Greece and the Hellenic Productivity Center (ELKEPA) (1977–1979), CEO of the Bank of Crete (1979–1984), Member of the Council for Social and Economic Policy (SKOP) (1978), CEO of American Express Bank and American Egyptian Bank (1985–1995), Investment Advisor to Hyundai Hellas P&R Davaris (1996–2014), Board Member of the Fulbright Scholarship Foundation, Athens (1990–1995), and Member of the Governing Committee of the University of the Aegean (1984–1994).

Professor Georgios Kalamotousakis has been honored with the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award by Marquis WHO’s WHO for his contributions to Economics, Finance, and Higher Education.
