Ms. Efthymia Pilati is a practicing Attorney-at-Law before the Supreme Court of Greece (Areios Pagos) and a member of the Athens Bar Association. She holds an LL.B. from the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and an LL.M. in International Trade Law from the University of Bristol. Her dissertation, awarded with distinction, focused on arbitration and mediation. She also holds a second LL.M. in International Business Law from University College London (UCL).

Since 2004, she has been working at Koutalidis Law Firm, handling a wide range of complex legal cases, both contentious and advisory, for corporations and foundations, with long-standing and extensive experience in various areas such as administrative, civil, and commercial law.

Regarding the regulatory framework and legislative regime governing the establishment, management, supervision, and liquidation of charitable foundations and estates, including vacant and unclaimed estates, she possesses significant professional expertise. She has also served as a member of the Registry of Vacant Estates of the Ministry of Finance.

As of January 2025, she serves as the Legal Adviser of the Christian and Cultural Foundation in memory of Efthymios and Konstantina Zolota.
